RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Total Aegis strives to offer you the best products at the best possible prices along with an utmost customer service and customer satisfaction. Although we are sure that you are going to LOVE our products, especially since you will feel more SAFE carrying one of our self defense items, if you don't like them, then we don't want you to keep them! 

To make your return an easy and quick process, all we ask is for you to follow these simple steps below:

1. Send an email to info@totalaegis.com, requesting an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number. Please let us know your order number as well so we can retrieve your order information quickly.

2. Let us know the reason for your return and whether you would like a refund or exchange.

3. We will provide you with further instructions, which includes your RMA Number and the address to send your return to.

Self Defense Products

We offer a 90-day money back guarantee on our self defense items.  If you are not fully satisfied, you may request to return an item(s) within 90 days of the date of your invoice for a refund or exchange.  If you would like a refund, we will do for the cost of the items (expedited shipping is not refunded). If you would like an exchange, you will be charged for shipping the item(s) back to you, in addition to any difference in cost (if an even exchange, only shipping charges will apply).  If we owe you for an exchange of lesser value, we will apply that as well.

In the unlikely event you receive an item that has been damaged during shipment or has a manufacturers defect, we will of course replace the item or refund your money right away.  These types of issues fall under our warranty.  More information on our warranty is below.

Make sure to keep any and all packaging, instructions, and accessories that came with the item. If you are unable to return the item as such, we will be able to give you an in store credit only. 

Surveillance Products

Due to the nature of this product line, returns & refunds are made at our discretion on a case to case basis. In order to qualify for a return, refund or an exchange please contact us. All refunds and exchanges must be pre-processed. If a refund is approved we may or may not hold 25% off the returned product's price as a restocking fee. 

If you have ANY questions regarding any of our above items, our staff is trained to help you.  We want to make sure you will be happy and comfortable with these products.  So, if someone in our office is not able to answer your questions, we have an EXPERT technical support team that can!  We will take your name and number and have a technician contact you as soon as possible. 

WARRANTY POLICY:

Items that have a warranty will state so on our website, or on the package of the item.  Any item that does not state a warranty on our website or on the packaging is warranted for 90 days.  Warranty replacements will be fulfilled for MANUFACTURER DEFECT only.  Wear and tear, customer misuse, etc. does not qualify for a warranty replacement.  Items being returned under warranty will be thoroughly inspected for the specified manufacturer defect, and replaced accordingly.  If the item returned does not qualify for a warranty replacement, we will notify you of such, and provide options for returning item back to you or for us to dispose of the item here.  Refunds will not be given under warranty unless it is submitted to us within 90 days of purchase.  If an item has a manufacturer's warranty longer than 90 days, refunds will not be issued.  We can only repair or replace the item.  If you are needing to return an item to us under warranty, please follow the return policy guidelines above.
